Calmshift stores all your data locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

2. Data we collect
We collect no personal data. Calmshift operates entirely on your device. No account registration is required, no data is sent to our servers, and we do not use any analytics or tracking tools.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Tasks and open loops you create
- Daily reflections and mood ratings
- Your work days configuration
- Work end time and notification preferences
- Onboarding completion status
- Earned ritual stars
This data is stored using Apple's SwiftData and UserDefaults on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
3. Notifications
Calmshift may send you local notifications (scheduled on your device) to remind you to start your evening ritual. These notifications are generated locally — no data leaves your device to deliver them. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Calmshift.
4. Subscription and payments
Calmshift offers an optional auto-renewable subscription via Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. For information on how Apple handles your data, see Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
Calmshift does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for subscription management.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any of your data with third parties — because we never receive it in the first place.
7. Data retention and deletion
Your data exists solely on your device. To delete all app data, simply delete the Calmshift app from your device. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
8. Children's privacy
Calmshift is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
