Pomodoro sessions
Set a session of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, put the phone on your desk, and the screen turns into a dimmed clock counting down your focus time.
Guards against pickups
Motion and proximity sensors detect when you reach for the phone mid-session. A vibration and an alert nudge you to put it back down — without locking your device.
Breaks in Dynamic Island
After a session comes a break, counted down on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island (Live Activity), so you know when to get back to work.
Measure your self-control
FocusDome tracks pickups, a self-control index and reaction time, then shows a weekly trend with an IMPROVING, STABLE or REGRESSING verdict.
Privacy first
Sensor data is processed entirely on-device, and your session history stays on your iPhone only. No accounts, no tracking.
