What Focusoro does
The session starts itself
Set the session length on the dial — or with one of the ready presets of 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes — and put the phone down. Once it lies still the countdown starts on its own, and the screen dims so it stops tempting you.
Guards against pickups
Motion and proximity sensors notice when you reach for the phone mid-session. The screen brightens and vibrates — you get a few seconds to put it back down. Leaving the app burns the session, but an incoming call only suspends it and resumes once the phone is back on the desk.
Breaks without guilt
After a finished session the break is yours in full — do whatever you like, even outside the app. The countdown shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island (Live Activity), and we remind you when it is time to come back.
Measure your self-control
A self-control index, pickups per hour of focus, and how fast you put the phone back down after the alarm. A histogram reveals the minute your attention starts to slip, and the weekly trend ends with an IMPROVING, STABLE or REGRESSING verdict.
A session length that fits you
After a week of use, Focusoro suggests a session length worked out from your own history rather than someone else's theory — weighing not just how often you finish, but how many minutes of focus you truly deliver. The suggestion appears as a green dot on the ring.
Daily goal and rhythm
Set a daily focus goal — the ring around the Start button fills as you work, and closing it earns you fireworks. The app also tracks your cycle of sessions and breaks, so before you start you know whether a short or a long break comes next.
Apple Watch
On your wrist you see the session and break countdown, where you are in the cycle, and the number of impulses you resisted. The phone stays on the desk.
Privacy first
Sensor data is processed entirely on-device, and your session history stays on your iPhone only. Nothing is sent to a server — no accounts, no ads, no tracking.

Focusoro on Apple Watch
You start the session on the iPhone and put it down — the rest you check on your wrist, without reaching for the phone. The watch walks you through the session, the alert, the break and the wrap-up; the watch app is included in the same subscription.
